Ronald David Laing, naixito o 7 d'octubre de 1927 de Glasgow (Escocia) y muerto o 23 d'agosto de 1989 en Sant Tropetz (Var, Occitania) por un infarcto de miocardio, estió un psiquiatra escocés que escrebió sobre a enfermedat mental, especialment a psicosi.
Lang ye conoixito por as suyas teorías sobre as causas d'as perturbacions mentals. A suya teoría sobre os padres "esquizóchenos" estió a contrapelo de l'ortodoxia psiquiatrica d'o suyo tiempo. A sobén fue asociato con o movimiento antipsiquiatrico, anque refusó o epiteto.
